About Me:

I was born in New York and raised in Mexico City. My journey with Vedic Meditation began over eight years ago. Like many New Yorkers, I was overextending myself and felt physically, emotionally, and mentally exhausted. I had always been curious about Eastern knowledge and philosophy, and I was at a point where I knew the tools I had: therapy, acupuncture, intense workouts, and SSRIs, were no longer enough.
I sensed there had to be a way to access my full potential without burning out. A way to heal the body sustainably. A way to experience life more fully and genuinely release stress from the body.
I had the good fortune of being introduced to this technique by a close friend, and it changed my life. My immune system strengthened. My struggles with eczema, digestion, and insomnia either vanished or improved dramatically. I was able to accomplish more in a day than ever before. My relationships deepened, and my ability to retain information expanded. My life changed for the better—I became more adaptive, more joyful. It dawned on me that everything would be alright. That evolution is always at play. We are all on a path to becoming more fulfilled versions of ourselves, guided by greater happiness.
After years of practice and deepening curiosity, I knew I wanted to teach this simple, natural, and effortless technique to anyone who feels curious.
During my teacher training, I completed a rigorous three-month immersion in the Himalayas led by Thom Knoles, Mahamandaleshwar Maharishi Vyasanand Maharaj, who studied under Maharishi Mahesh Yogi for 26 years. I was formally inducted into the Shankaracharya tradition by the Supreme Authority of Vedic Knowledge, Swami Kailashanand Giri, Maharaj, King of the Yogis.
I hold a BA in Human Resources, completed a two-year Conservatory Program in Theater and Film, and have a deep passion for the arts.
My journey has led me to integrate all of this knowledge—and offer it to anyone curious about Vedic Meditation.
