About Me:
I was born in New York and raised in Mexico City . My journey with Vedic Meditation began six years ago. I, like many New Yorkers, was overextending myself and felt physically, emotionally and mentally exhausted. I had always been curious about eastern knowledge and philosophy and I was at a point where I knew the different tools I had (therapy, acupuncture, intense workouts, SSRI's) were not enough. I knew there had to be a way to use my full potential without feeling exhausted. A way to heal the body sustainably. There had to be a way to experience life more fully, and truly remove stress from the body. I had the good fortune to have a close friend introduce me to this technique and it changed my life. My immune system got better. My struggles with eczema, digestion and insomnia either disappeared or improved significantly. I was able to do more in day than before. Relationships with my closest ones became stronger. My ability to retain information also grew. My life changed for the better. I became more adaptive and a happier person. It dawned on me that everything will be alright. All that is ever happening is evolution. We are all on our journey to become a version of ourselves where we enjoy life more and follow greater happiness. After years of meditation and being more curious about this knowledge, I decided I wanted to teach this simple, natural and effortless technique to anyone who is interested.

In my teacher training, I completed rigorous immersion program by Thom Knoles, Maharishi Vyasanand Saraswati, who learned with Maharihsi Mahesh Yogi for a period of 26 years. I and was inducted into the Shankaracharya tradition by the Supreme Authority of Vedic Knowledge Swami Kailashanand Giri, Maharaji, King of the Yogis, in India. This program took place in The Himalayas fro a period of three months.

I have a BA in Human Resources, completed a two year Conservatory Program in Theater and Film and have a passion for art.
My journey has led me to combine all my knowledge and deliver to all who are curious about Vedic Mediation.
